Worship Seminar Opener – guest speaker Jo Hellhake

In this session, Jo Hellhake shares some entertaining stories that both make us laugh, and teach us some valuable lessons on how to continue to stay in our calling for the ‘long term’.  Jo is currently our worship director here at C3 Lawrenceville.  With over 20 years in worship leading, Jo brings many of the things she has learned along the way into this session.  Enjoy.

C3 Church – Lawrenceville had the pleasure of having Bryce Cole speak at our worship seminar event last June.  Bryce is one of C3′s worship leaders, located in Colleyville, TX.  His great sense of humor mixed with deep wisdom was a huge “add” to our seminar.

Worship Seminar – Guest speaker, Dean Sweetman

This was an amazing opportunity! The Atlanta team got to hear from our fearless leader Dean Sweetman. Dean brought some amazing insight from the perspective of the pastor. And how over time, the pastor and worship leader can learn to trust each other, learn to work together & continue to bring God’s presence into every meeting. Enjoy.

Worshiping out of the anointing

Isn’t it sad when you those foundational truths sneak up and smack you in the face…you know, the ones that you’ve grown up knowing, the ones, that if asked to preach on, you could do it without notes…I had one of those moments this past weekend.

When I took the job as MD at C3church my Pastor, Dean Sweetman, asked me to put raising people up as one of my top priorities. There’s a lot to that request and I was, and continue to be passionate about it. For a long time my heart has been to teach people how to be worshippers, no matter what their function. How to identify what your connection point with God is. It all starts with our own personal relationship with God and flows from there. I heard a pastor preach recently that ministry is the overflow of our time spent with God. WOW! Same goes for anointing. We have no anointing if we haven’t spent time with God. Pretty simple right? Well, it goes even deeper.
